Equity Assessments, DEIJ Implementation, Curriculum Design, & Leadership Development
We work with clients to provide mixed methods assessments of institutional or organizational equity plans and efforts, then co-design actionable equity frameworks for implementation. We also provide justice centered curriculum design for learning and training, as well as leadership development services.
Believing that these services are best organized and most successful when undertaken with committed and actively engaged participants, we ask that you reach out only after your team has had a preliminary conversation and identified shared equity goals.
Our work is informed by queer and women-of-color feminisms and a critical rhetorical approach. We offer these services both remotely and in person.
