Write to Thrive

As an interdisciplinary scholar, creative writer, former feminist journal editor, and grant writer, I am prepared to consult on academic and community-based writing and on professional and strategic communications. I am especially committed to supporting first-generation, QTPOC, and BIPOC writers and progressive organizations.

  • Developmental and Conceptual Editing AKA Ideas Editor

  • Coherence Editor for Edited Collections and Monographs

  • Grant Writing Review

  • Professional & Strategic Communications

  • Writing Coach

  • Write-to-Thrive (W2T) Program (based on a curriculum first created with Nana Osei-Kofi for writers to develop daily writing and accountability practices)

    • Personally Relevant

    • Online

    • Face-to-Face

Through my W2T program, I work with individuals to renew their relationships to their own writing as a joyful practice! I also work with emergent or already formed writing groups. My goal is to support or curate new writing collectives to build community while also developing generative and sustainable daily writing and accountability practices. W2T workshops can include individual writing coaching sessions, collective writing/accountability coaching sessions, and a session for administrators interested in implementing and sustaining W2T program values, practices, and goals.
